Abstracts are to be submitted via the registration link 🔗
1-Authors should ensure their abstracts include the following components:

- Title: Clear, concise, and reflective of the main topic.
- Background / Purpose: Briefly describe the problem, motivation, or research question.
- Methods: Outline the methodology, framework, or process used.
- Results: Summarize key outcomes or expected results.
- Conclusion: Highlight the contribution, significance, or practical impact of the work.
2- Abstract format:

- Word Count: Typically 150 - 250 words.
- Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Keywords: Provide 3–5 keywords for indexing and categorization.
- The abstract should not contain references/citations.
3- Only one of the authors is designated as a presenting author.
4- All co-authors who contributed to the work must be listed. All listed co-authors must have reviewed the abstract and accepted responsibility for its contents.
5- Authors may indicate their preferred format during the submission:

- Poster presentation
6- Abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee, and authors will be notified for abstract acceptance by email. 📨
